Brand Assets
Eco Engineering Services brand foundations, logo files, colour palette, typography, and usage guidelines for all solar, renewables, and construction marketing.
Brand Voice & Messaging
Use this as your quick reference for how Eco Engineering should sound in any channel — from Facebook posts and flyers to the website, quotes, and emails.
Eco Engineering is delivered through two closely aligned companies: Eco Engineering Services Ltd (primarily South West England) and Eco-solutions Scotland Ltd (primarily Southern Scotland). Public-facing copy should use the shared customer name Eco Engineering; the full legal company names appear in footers, contracts, and formal documents.
Mission
To be a leading provider of renewable energy and small-scale construction solutions, solving our clients' energy needs through high-quality installations while supporting the communities we work in.
Vision
A future where fuel poverty is eradicated, agricultural businesses in England and Scotland are powered by clean energy, and local communities are empowered through meticulous, customer-focused service.
Service Areas & Focus
Our primary focus is homeowners and farms in Southern Scotland and South West England, with projects delivered across the wider UK through our installer network.
We serve two main audiences:
- Domestic solar customers – homeowners who care about sustainability, energy savings, and high-quality installations.
- Agricultural and rural customers – farms and agri-businesses with large roof spaces looking for cost savings and energy independence.
Values
- Sustainability – every project is designed to reduce environmental impact.
- Community improvement – we give back through donations, local partnerships, and support for events.
- Quality – meticulous attention to detail from survey and design to commissioning and aftercare.
- Innovation – using modern technologies and approaches to create long-term energy solutions.
Tone of Voice
Professional and knowledgeable, yet approachable and supportive. Our copy should always reflect environmental responsibility, clear explanations, and a genuine commitment to community support.
Messaging Do's and Don'ts
- Do highlight quality, aftercare, and attention to detail.
- Do mention how projects support households, farms, and the wider community.
- Do keep language clear, friendly, and fact-based.
- Don't over-promise savings or make vague, generic claims.
- Don't ignore grants, funding, or the realities of payback periods.

PlaceholderTypography
Brand Font: Plus Jakarta Sans
Plus Jakarta Sans is our single brand typeface across web, print, and social. It is available free on Google Fonts (open for commercial use) and matches our voice: professional, clear, and approachable.
Headings & key claims
Plus Jakarta Sans 600–700. Use for page titles, hero copy, and strong CTAs.
- Sentence case preferred (avoid full caps).
- Keep line-length short for readability.
Body copy & long text
Plus Jakarta Sans 400–500. Use for paragraphs in the hub, website pages, print, and longer social captions.
- Use comfortable line-height for calm, readable copy.
- Where Plus Jakarta Sans is not available (some document tools), fall back to the system stack (-apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \"Segoe UI\", Roboto, Arial, sans-serif).
UI labels, buttons & small accents
Plus Jakarta Sans 500–600. Use for navigation, form labels, badges, and button text.
- Keep text short and action-oriented (\"Book a site survey\", not \"Click here\").
- Avoid all-caps acronyms like EE / ES in public-facing CTAs — spell out full company names instead.
Typography Do's
- Use Plus Jakarta Sans everywhere possible for a consistent look.
- Use sentence case for headings and CTAs to keep tone friendly and professional.
- Pair strong headings with plenty of white space for a clean, engineering-led feel.
Typography Don'ts
- Don't mix in random fonts (e.g. decorative scripts) alongside Plus Jakarta Sans.
- Don't use shouty ALL CAPS in subject lines, headlines, or buttons.
- Don't write public-facing copy using internal short forms like “EE” or “ES” — always spell out the full company name.
